Applicant institutions/organizations must provide the following documents along with the loan application form:

1. Request letter for wholesale loan on applicant's Letter-Head.
2. Duly filled up loan application form. (Can be downloaded from our website)
3. Duly filled up KYC form of directors, other committee members and officials, along with a copy of citizenship certificate and passport size photograph.
4. Copy of institution/organization registration/renewal, operating license, PAN registration etc.
5. Copy of Article of Association (AoA), Memorandum of Association (MoA) and other policies of the applicant institution/organization.
6. Annual report or Audited financial statements of at least last 2 years along with the latest provisional Balance Sheet, Trial Balance, and Profit & Loss Account.
7. Projected financial report for coming two years along with business plan.
8. Copy of minute of the Board meeting that decided to apply wholesale loan from RSDC and copy of minute of the last AGM.
9. Copy of latest fiscal year’s Tax clearance Certificate or Tax exemption letter.
10. Other documents deemed necessary by RSDC.
