Management Team

<p style="text-align: justify;">Mr. Paudel holds an MBA degree from the faculty of Management, Tribhuwan University, Nepal and Diploma in Financial Planning from IIT Australia. He started his banking career in 2000 A.D. at erstwhile Siddhartha Development Bank Ltd., where he served 4.5 years in assorted areas. He has more than two decades of banking experience in Nepalese banking industry in diverse areas, in managerial and executive level at Finance Company, Development Banks and Commercial Banks. Mr. Paudel was appointed as CEO of RSDC Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Ltd. in August 2021.</p>

<p style="text-align: justify;">Mr. Panthi holds a Bachelors' Degree from the faculty of Management, Tribhuwan University, Nepal. He has over 24 years' experience in Nepalese banking industry in diverse areas. Mr. Panthi has been serving RSDC Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Ltd. since its inception, in 2013 A.D., and promoted to DCEO in July 2019.</p>

<p style="text-align: justify;">Mr. Pant holds a Masters' Degree from the faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences, Tribhuwan University, Nepal. He has over 7 years' experience in educational sector and over 12 years' experience in Nepalese banking industry in diverse areas. He has published various articles on contemporary issues related to banking and financial sectors. Mr. Pant has been serving RSDC Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Ltd. since its inception, in 2013 A.D.</p>

He has over 10 years' experience in Nepalese banking industry in diverse areas. Mr. Gyawali has been serving RSDC Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Ltd. since its inception, in 2013 A.D.</p>
